Job :

Join our dynamic team in the Distribution sector as a Product Manager. Based in the heart of CASABLANCA, this opportunity offers a key role in developing and managing our product ranges. Your mission will be to define and lead go-to-market strategies to ensure the growth and profitability of our offerings.

The main goal is to build and implement an innovative product strategy that meets market expectations. This involves maximizing the commercial performance of the assigned products, increasing their visibility, and strengthening their position against competitors. The ambition is to create lasting value for the company through effective product portfolio management.

Your responsibilities will cover several crucial aspects of product management. You will be expected to:

  • Analyze the market, competition, and trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Define the positioning, pricing, and key selling points for new products.
  • Develop and monitor the annual marketing plan in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Ensure coordination with internal teams (sales, R&D) and external parties (agencies, suppliers) for product launches.
  • Monitor product performance and propose corrective actions if needed.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from conception to discontinuation.
  • Manage the budget allocated for the brands in charge.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a strong academic background is required. You are expected to hold a Master's degree or higher (Bac +5 and above), ideally in Marketing. This educational foundation will provide the essential theoretical knowledge to tackle the challenges of the position.

Professional experience is valued for this role. A period of 1 to 5 years in similar positions or in an environment related to product marketing or business development will be a significant asset. This experience should have allowed you to develop a concrete understanding of market challenges.

Beyond your education and experience, certain skills will be crucial for your success. You are expected to possess:

  • An excellent understanding of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills to interpret market data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to successfully complete your tasks.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in common computer tools (Office Suite) and data analysis software.
