Job :
Reporting to the Project Management Department, your missions will be:
Manage projects (deadlines, costs, and quality)
Study, evaluate, and estimate project files to propose Novec's service offers,
Verify the conformity of contracts with the offer and the company's commitments,
Design and plan projects according to specifications and deadlines,
Form, assign, and coordinate the work of teams,
Supervise the project team and assist them in carrying out complex tasks,
Select and control internal and external subcontractors,
Establish quarterly forecasts for billing, production, and collections,
Monitor the collection of issued invoices up to the client's financial structure stage,
Approve deliverables produced by specialized departments and subcontractors,
Ensure budget monitoring and adherence to the service schedule, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and the committed budget (cost and deadline estimation),
Ensure contract management, including expense control, invoice issuance requests, and payment tracking,
Obtain reference and completion certificates,
Prepare project files upon completion of a project,
Promote Novec's brand image in its field of activity,
Encourage the client to adopt an HSE plan when preparing the tender documents and ensure compliance with the plan if established,
Raise awareness among residents on the sites for which he is responsible,
Update subcontractor files (insurance, authorizations, calibration certificates, or accreditations).
Required profile :
Civil engineering degree,
You have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager,
Knowledge of current construction regulations and standards
Ability to manage project budgets effectively,
Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate the different phases of the project,
In-depth understanding of technical aspects related to construction and engineering,
Negotiation skills for contracts and supplier management,
Excellent communication skills,
Rigor, autonomy, and dynamism,
Organization, availability, interface management,
Team spirit.
