Job :

Reporting to the Data & Analytics Department, you will contribute to structuring, managing, and leveraging the Group's data in terms of governance, information architecture, and knowledge management.

As such, your main responsibilities will be:

Data Governance and Standards

•Participate in the implementation and evolution of the Group's Data governance standards, repositories, and rules.
•Establish and monitor data quality, consistency, and traceability mechanisms.
•Contribute to structuring and updating the Data asset mapping.
•Formalize and maintain data dictionaries and business repositories.
•Support entities in applying defined standards.

Data Architecture and Structuring

•Contribute to defining and evolving data models and integration schemas.
•Structure data feeding and transformation flows in coordination with the relevant technical teams.
•Contribute to optimizing data collection, consolidation, and validation processes.
•Ensure the consistency and alignment of data flows and structures with defined standards.
•Manage the centralization and management of strategic internal and external data, in liaison with the relevant entities.

Knowledge Management

•Structure and administer the strategic knowledge base.
•Define and disseminate technical and methodological documentation standards.
•Lead the internal network of Data & Knowledge correspondents and contribute to developing a structured Data & Knowledge culture within the Group.
•Monitor the documentation commitment of the departments.
•Coordinate with departments, subsidiaries, and external data providers for the mobilization of strategic data.
 

Required profile :

What we are looking for:

•Higher education, Bac+5 minimum (engineering school or specialized Master's degree in data engineering, information systems, computer science, or quantitative disciplines);
•Proven professional experience of approximately 7 years in data engineering, data governance, or data architecture;
•Experience in managing structuring technical projects is a plus;
•Strong capacity for operational involvement.

What you will bring:

•Solid mastery of data architecture concepts (ETL/ELT, data warehouse, data lake, relational and multidimensional modeling);
•Proficiency in a data querying and manipulation language (SQL or equivalent);
•Experience in scripting or data processing (Python or similar language);
•Good knowledge of data quality, cataloging, and metadata management tools;
•Knowledge of document management, cataloging, and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint or equivalent) is an asset.
•Methodological rigor and technical excellence;
•Initiative and solution-oriented mindset;
•Ability to mobilize and unite diverse stakeholders around common goals and standards.
