Job :

Reporting to the Drinking Water and Sanitation Department, your tasks include:

  • Upon request, as part of calls for tender, contribute to the preparation of subsets of technical offers, according to the Director's instructions,
  • Ensure the collection of necessary data for projects, organize and summarize it,
  • Set the execution conditions for the work by carrying out the requested sizing work, using appropriate techniques or software, according to quality standards, while respecting technical norms and time and cost constraints,
  • Translate technical data (calculation notes, plans, financial estimates, etc.) into other formats (client constraints, regulatory requirements, environmental constraints, drawings, etc.),
  • Carry out design work for elements or subsets of the structure and/or the requested study, with the required degree of precision and uncertainty depending on the nature of the study (feasibility study, preliminary study, detailed study, etc.),
  • Carry out project integration work by managing the production of technical deliverables (execution plans, launch plans, site plans, etc.) while optimizing solutions from technical and economic viewpoints,
  • Prepare notices and reports within the framework of assigned projects,
  • Upon request, contribute to the preparation of audit or expertise reports,
  • Project management in administrative terms (monitoring steps, monitoring contractual deadlines, preparing reporting),
  • Contribute to the administrative follow-up of contracts (monitoring contractual deadlines, time spent, invoice tracking, etc.)

Required profile :

  • Holder of an Engineering degree in Hydraulics, Rural Engineering, or Civil Engineering
  • More than 7 years of experience in a similar field (Drinking water supply, sanitation)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team;
  • Rigor, availability, and dynamism,
  • Responsiveness and proactivity,
