The nacelle is at the interface between the engine and the aircraft. It is a complex system that performs multiple functions managed in a harsh environment (extreme temperatures, dimensional constraints) and must remain as light as possible. The nacelle channels airflow from the engine and protects it. It contributes to the braking of the aircraft during the landing phase (thrust reversers) and to the attenuation of the aircraft's noise emissions. The nacelle must also ensure easy access to the engine for maintenance.

Fly with us! A unique opportunity awaits you in the heart of the aerospace industry in Nouaceur, Morocco. Join a dynamic and innovative company as an Industrialization Project Manager. Your mission will be to lead projects for the industrialization of new products and processes, from design to mass production. You will be a key player in optimizing our industrial processes, thus contributing to the overall performance of the company.

Your main objectives will be the continuous improvement of our production methods, the reduction of costs and lead times, and ensuring the quality of our products. You will also guarantee the implementation of innovative and efficient solutions for the industrialization of our products.

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring industrialization projects. You will coordinate the various teams involved (design office, production, quality, purchasing...) and ensure communication between the different departments. You will have to manage the budgets and resources allocated to the projects and regularly report the progress to management. You will participate in the continuous improvement of processes and in solving technical problems.

Required profile :

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher, specializing in Methods / Process / Industrialization. Your education has provided you with solid skills in project management, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.

Significant experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar role within the aerospace industry is essential. You have proven expertise in industrialization project management and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.

You are recognized for your leadership, your rigor, your organizational skills, and your ability to work in a team. You are proactive and have excellent communication skills. Proficiency in project management IT tools is essential.
