Attijari Payment Processing, a Payment subsidiary of the Attijariwafa bank Group, centralizes the payment processing for all of the Group's subsidiaries in Morocco. It assists them in optimizing their investment costs and guarantees the smooth running of payment activities. Job :
Analyze and define the functional needs of business units regarding payments, and establish the corresponding project file specifications
Plan and monitor the progress of payment projects in coordination with service providers and business units
Produce project deliverables (scoping notes, functional specifications, testing plans, etc.)
Approve the design with service providers, perform configuration, qualification, and testing of deliverables that meet client needs
Carry out the production launch and ensure the post-production phase during the warranty period
Formalize procedures, support materials, and deploy necessary support plans
Verify the compliance of practices with current management rules and standards
Identify, implement, and supervise realignment actions on current management rules and standards
Perform analyses and prepare project documents
Take charge of or organize the development of project deliverables
Prepare progress reports in accordance with the schedule and explain any deviations
Supervise and coordinate project resources
Supervise 1 to 2 employees or coordinate project resources
Share information with your team, and collaborate to resolve problems and achieve common goals
Occasionally perform supervision or support functions for employees as designated by management
Attend team activity meetings, share information, and report any blockages or alerts
Take charge of preparing reports for your area according to predefined frequencies and standards
Respond to specific requests from management
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, IT, project management, or equivalent.
Proven experience of at least 3 years in project management, ideally in the payment, banking, or payment systems field.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, V-Model, etc.).
Good communication, organization, and leadership skills
