MISSION:

Mission context:

Within the Fiber Network Deployment department of DED, you will be in charge of managing the NOK MIGRATION project for FTTA-delivered radio sites.
In case of problems migrating traffic from the radio site to the provided fiber, the Regional entity will send us the investigation and remediation to perform. Single entry point for BSS operations referents from the 6 regions for resolving Level 1 tickets in case of discontinuity on the FTTA network, management of 6 MMOs for FO audit and repair, ticket monitoring and escalation to Level 2 - DOR for complex outages, management of network anomaly identification requests from the FTTO team - network identification.
You will challenge the MMOs to ensure the expected reactivity and will be responsible for deadlines, investigation, cost control, and associated governance (Project Committees, Reporting, alert escalations, etc.). You will also be responsible for improving the existing process and will liaise with the initial deployment project managers to push investigations when needed and to improve upstream deployments.
 

ACTIVITIES:

Activities performed:

• Manage NOK migrations reported by the regions.
• Analyze migration failures and build a PTF (Technical Project File) and prioritize treatment.
• Interface with DOR (Data Operation Room).
• Manage and Challenge MMOs to meet deadlines (<30 working days)
• Build the dedicated financial line
• Budget monitoring / Billing management (PVR - Progress Value Reporting)
• Continuous Improvement
• Production of a monthly report with performance indicators.

TECHNICAL AND/OR PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:

Primary technical skills:

• Deployment project management
• GIS (e.g.: QGIS, NETDESIGNER)
• Fiber Optic Infrastructure (architecture, passive equipment)
• Secondary technical skills
• Bouygues Telecom Tools (OSMOSE, OBYONE, GEDI, RESNOW)
• Knowledge of civil engineering work procedures
• Financial management

Required profile :

Ideal profile:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Telecommunications, Networks, or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Experience in deployment project management, ideally in Fiber Optic infrastructure.
• Good command of GIS (QGIS, NETDESIGNER) and knowledge of Fiber Optic architecture and passive equipment.
• Proficiency in Bouygues Telecom tools: OSMOSE, OBYONE, GEDI, RESNOW.
• Knowledge of procedures related to civil engineering work and site safety.
• Skills in financial management and project monitoring.
• Good command of written and spoken French.
• Knowledge of the French administrative environment: orders, PMV, agreements.
• Autonomous, rigorous, organized profile with good interpersonal skills.
• Team spirit, positive attitude, and ability to manage priorities.
