Attached to the Volume Recruitment Activity Manager, the Recruitment Project Manager directly supports the operational management of high-volume recruitment missions. They contribute to project coordination, candidate tracking, organizing the different stages of the process, and producing client reports.

As a true "Project Manager", their main mission is to ensure the operational follow-up of recruitment missions, from the launch of needs to the finalization of the process, ensuring deadlines are met, the smooth coordination of the different stages of the process, and the quality of deliverables sent to clients.

Job :

  • Participate in defining needs and planning recruitment missions;
  • Ensure operational follow-up of recruitment projects, from launch to closure;
  • Coordinate the different stages of the process: sourcing, pre-selection, scheduling, tests, assessments, interviews, and reporting;
  • Track received applications and contribute to pre-selecting candidates;
  • Participate in organizing written assessments, online tests, and candidate interviews;
  • Prepare necessary operational documents: tracking sheets, attendance lists, progress reports, results tables, and committee documents;
  • Consolidate data and produce regular reports on mission progress;
  • Prepare summaries and follow-up information to be sent to clients;
  • Participate in client follow-up meetings, as needed;
  • Alert in case of delays, blockages, or operational risks to ensure deadlines and deliverable quality are met.

Required profile :

Education

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in human resources, management, business, work psychology, social sciences, or equivalent.

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally gained in an HR consulting firm, recruitment agency, temporary staffing agency, service company, or an environment with a high volume of applications.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment, organizing assessments, candidate testing, or HR project coordination would be highly appreciated.
