Senior CSR Project Manager - Tanger

The Special Agency Tanger Med, TMSA, is in charge of the development, and management of the Tanger Med port complex and the industrial platform connected to it.

TMSA has adopted a new organization that supports the strategy of spinning off its operational activities. The first spin-off concerned port activities through the company "TangerMed Port Authority".


As part of its development, Tanger Med Special Agency is recruiting a CSR Project Manager.
 

Job :

Key Missions:

Leading CSR projects, collecting and consolidating ESG data, contributing to non-financial reporting, monitoring indicators, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and supporting sustainable performance actions.

You will be responsible for the consistency and effectiveness of our corporate social responsibility actions.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Master's degree or higher is required.

With significant experience ranging from 10 to 20 years, you have successfully managed large-scale CSR projects and have a deep understanding of sustainable development issues applied to the business world.

Skills required include:

• Excellent knowledge of CSR frameworks and associated ISO standards.
• Strong project management and team management skills.
• Proven ability to mobilize and influence stakeholders.
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Proficiency in office software and reporting tools.
