Job :

Your Missions:

• Ensure the scope, governance, and overall monitoring of projects from the design phase to production deployment;

• Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders (business units, departments, integrators, sponsors, project teams, etc.);

• Lead steering committee meetings and ensure regular communication with high-level stakeholders;

• Supervise project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, risks, and defined objectives;

• Participate in project risk analysis and implement appropriate mitigation plans;

• Provide strategic and operational reporting to management;

• Ensure the application of good governance, compliance, and audit practices on SAP projects;

• Support business teams in transformation and change management phases;

• Simultaneously manage up to three high-visibility SAP projects.

Required profile :

Profile Sought:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, project management, information systems, or equivalent;

• Proven experience of 10 to 15 years in managing complex SAP projects;

• Solid experience in multi-business and highly exposed environments;

• Very good command of project management and governance methodologies;

• Significant experience in audit, risk management, and executive reporting;

• Excellent coordination and cross-functional management skills;

• Management and governance-oriented profile, with a functional rather than technical approach;

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication with high-level stakeholders.
