Created in 2003, under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Maritime Fisheries, the Royal Society for the Encouragement of the Horse (SOREC) has as its main missions the supervision of breeding, the development of horse racing, and the management of horse racing games in Morocco.

By virtue of its mission, SOREC ensures the supervision of horse racing companies, supports breeding programs as a partner of breeders' associations, and works to improve national equestrian infrastructure.     

In addition to this, SOREC is engaged in a policy aimed at improving the competitiveness of Moroccan breeding and invigorating the horse market.

SOREC covers the entire country with 5 stud farms, 43 breeding stations, and 11 equine breeding promotion centers, in addition to numerous collaborations with the main equine associations of the kingdom.

Job :

Reporting to the Human Capital Department, your goal will be to ensure the effective management of HR projects by planning, coordinating, and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at improving the organization's HR processes and practices.

As such, your main tasks will be:

HR Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and implement HR projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, resources, and objectives set
- Develop detailed plans, define deliverables, and the responsibilities of stakeholders
- Communicate and collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders throughout the project

Development and Implementation of HR Policies and Processes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and processes aligned with the company's strategy
- Identify needs for improvement in HR policies and processes
- Recommend and implement solutions to optimize the efficiency and compliance of HR practices

HRIS Roadmap Management
- Develop the HRIS action plan by identifying the needs of the HR department and users
- Ensure continuous updating of implemented modules by optimizing the customer experience
- Deploy the maintenance plan agreed upon with the supplier
- Stay informed about market developments and best practices and ensure their integration into the HRIS roadmap 

Required profile :

As a potential candidate:

- You have a degree of Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources Management, information systems, or equivalent, with 5 to 8 years of experience, ideally in a similar role;
- You have knowledge of cross-functional project management;
- You have a genuine interest in project management and planning;
- You value confidentiality and have a proactive approach;
- You have a team spirit and the ability to adapt.
