Job :

The Strategy and Ideation Project Manager will be responsible for carrying out, under the supervision of their hierarchical superior, all tasks and work related to strategy and ideation:

Strategy and strategic studies:

• Contribute to defining the strategic vision
• Contribute to the development of Ithmar's strategic plan and its translation into an operational roadmap (Analyze public policies and identify promising sectors/types of projects, Analyze internal and external evolution factors to identify probable impacts on Ithmar's strategic model...)
• Monitor the implementation of Ithmar's strategic plan and update the business plan, if necessary
• Conduct strategic studies (internal or external)
• Conduct market research / thematic in-depth studies for the development teams, in particular (upon request)
• Provide active support to their management in handling issues for the Strategy and Ideation unit and be proactive

Pre-qualification - Ideation:

• Participate in managing the entire ideation process, in collaboration with their hierarchical superior
• Conduct pre-qualification studies for ideas submitted by internal stakeholders of the fund (particularly market studies, strategy, implementation scope...)

Management

• Lead the project team
• Develop the skills of their teams and maximize their performance
• Plan the activities of their collaborators by defining clear objectives and approving the action plans proposed by them
• Monitor and approve the work of their collaborators

Required profile :

• EDUCATION: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Economics, Finance, Strategy, Management

• EXPERIENCE: 5 to 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a strategy consulting firm or corporate strategy department.

• Solid expertise in project management
• Mastery of the technical aspects of projects/opportunities
• Ability to manage multiple complex files simultaneously with rigor and autonomy
• Strong negotiation skills and a keen sense of written and oral communication
• Very good writing skills in French and English
