The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating the implementation of 5G CNaaS and IMSaaS projects in parallel.
They will work in collaboration with a Business Analyst and an IT architect. They will involve various development teams, architects, and other stakeholders needed for project success across different departments.
The IT Project Manager must demonstrate great autonomy, the ability to mobilize cross-functional resources, and strong anticipation skills, particularly in risk management.
Expected Deliverables:
- Define the Scope of Work for the 5G CNaaS and IMSaaS projects
- Develop and maintain the detailed project roadmap with key milestones
- Define the IT integration architecture in collaboration with architects
- Establish and track project budgets, providing regular reports to management
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks with mitigation plans
- Coordinate the production of detailed technical specifications by the Business Analyst and architects
- Lead project milestone approvals and ensure governance
- Coordinate the selection and management of external IT integrators
- Define and track project KPIs (deadlines, budget, quality, risks)
- Mobilize and coordinate cross-functional development teams, the Business Analyst, and architects
- Provide regular reporting to management on progress, risks, and decisions to be made
- Lead the deployment phases of the offering within OINIS IT
- Coordinate the implementation of automation/semi-automation solutions
- Ensure deliverables comply with Orange standards and business requirements
- Document project decisions and maintain the documentation repository up to date
- Organize and lead steering committees and project meetings
Project Management Skills:
- Mastery of project management methodologies
- Ability to define and manage a Scope of Work
- Proficiency in developing and tracking project roadmaps
- Expertise in IT project budget management
- Strong skills in risk management and anticipation
- Proficiency in managing project milestones and governance
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
Technical Skills:
- Good general knowledge of operator mobile core networks 4G/5G / IMS core
- Good understanding of the operator OSS/BSS ecosystem (highly appreciated)
- Understanding of IT integration challenges within the client's ecosystem
- Knowledge of Telco IT frameworks appreciated: TMForum ODA
- Understanding of automation and orchestration concepts
Transversal Skills:
- High autonomy and proactivity

- Anticipation skills, especially regarding risks
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Ability to read, write, and conduct discussions in English

Required profile :
You have between 7 and 10 years of minimum experience in IT as an IT Project Manager.
You have proven experience in mobile core network (4G/5G) or IMS core projects.
