Job :

As part of projects carried out for a major international telecom operator, Bouygues Telecom, you will work on technically demanding telecom projects involving fiber transport networks.

You will play a key role in the success of projects, from understanding customer needs to operational implementation.

Your responsibilities

• Manage fiber transport network deployment and evolution projects (FTTx / FON)
• Analyze customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions
• Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders (engineering, operations, partners)
• Supervise design, deployment, and commissioning phases
• Monitor project indicators: deadlines, costs, quality, risks
• Work on WDM (DWDM/CWDM) and IP / MPLS service environments
• Ensure the quality and compliance of delivered solutions

Required profile :

Education & experience

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in telecommunications, networks, or equivalent
• Proven experience in telecom project management, ideally on fiber transport projects

Technical skills

• Mastery of FTTx / FON architectures (transport networks)
• Solid knowledge in:
• WDM (DWDM/CWDM)
• IP / MPLS networks
• Good understanding of backbone / transmission environments

Soft skills

• Leadership and coordination skills
• Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus
• Ability to work in complex and demanding environments
