Job :

Management of transformation projects

  • Manage digital transformation projects end-to-end: scoping, design, deployment, change management.
  • Act as a project referent for HR-focused initiatives (HRIS, HR data, reporting), while also being able to work on other cross-functional digital or application projects.
  • Ensure coordination between business, IT, and external partner teams.

HR & HRIS Expertise

  • Analyze HR business needs (payroll, administration, recruitment, training, performance, etc.).
  • Formalize functional requirements (specifications, statements of work).
  • Manage the configuration, testing, and go-live of HR solutions.
  • Support HR campaigns and ensure user adoption of tools.

Data, reporting & decision support

  • Gather reporting and KPI needs (HR and other areas if necessary).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Excel…).
  •  
  • Analyze data to produce insights, indicators, and decision-support models.

Cross-functionality and continuous improvement

  • Participate in non-HR projects as needed by the organization (process digitalization, collaborative tools, operational optimization).
  • Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to data security and quality, in compliance with current regulations.

Required profile :

Profile Sought

Education: Bachelor's degree +4/5 (Master's level) in Human Resources, Information Systems, Project Management, or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in digital project management, with a strong HR/HRIS component.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects involving multiple departments.

Preferred environments: multinational contexts, IT, or complex organizations.

 

Key Skills

Technical

  • Solid expertise in HR processes and HRIS solutions (SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, Talentsoft, HR Access, etc.).
  • Good understanding of digital / IT / data.
  • Proficiency in reporting and BI tools (Power BI, advanced Excel).
  • Excellent project management and change management skills.
  • Awareness of data security and confidentiality issues (GDPR, CNDP…).
