Job :
As a Capex Optimization Project Manager, you will support the Management on all aspects of the optimization project. Your responsibilities will focus on the following areas:
1. Business Case Management and Steering:
• Support the management of optimizations from the study phase (development of Business Cases) to operational implementation.
• Implement performance indicators and ensure rigorous monitoring of estimated financial impacts, both on investments (Capex) and operating expenses (Opex).
• Ensure the integration of all validated optimizations into the design of future units.
2. Feasibility Study and External Partner Management:
• Interact proactively with Technical Study Offices (BET), architects, and Business Units (BU).
• Evaluate the technical and financial impacts of proposed optimization paths and validate their feasibility on the ground.
3. Inter-departmental Coordination:
• Act as a facilitator and coordinator between the different departments involved (Purchasing, Works/Construction, Operations, BU).
• Lead steering meetings and obtain the necessary approvals for the deployment of optimizations.
Required profile :
• Master's degree or higher (Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent university degree) in Project Management, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in sectors related to retail, commercial real estate, or construction.
• Mastery of project management methodologies (planning, risk monitoring, reporting).
• Proven ability to model and analyze financial data (Business Cases, ROI, Capex/Opex budget monitoring).
• Rigor and method with analytical and synthesis skills.
