Missions:
Deploy and implement the company's commercial strategy within their geographical area by ensuring the marketing, specification, and promotion of the product range.
Achieve set targets for volume, price, and margin.
Maintain the relationship between the company and its market (clients, prospects, specifiers, and economic stakeholders) in accordance with management directives and the Code of Professional Conduct.
Update client segment profiles.
Conduct competitive intelligence for the sales area.
Analyze sales by department, client segment, packaging, and quality.
Analyze opportunities and threats based on the strengths and weaknesses of our products and services, and propose corrective actions to the Sales Manager.
Participate in the creation of the 5-year commercial plan at the Commercial Agency level.
Promote new products and the product range.
Specify new products.
Represent the company in regional bodies related to the construction sector.
Lead training sessions to promote constructive solutions related to products.
Develop and propose to management the implementation of the commercial and communication action plan to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives.
Define action plans with clients (sales objectives).
Establish commercial relationships with clients/prospects and negotiate commercial terms (price/quantity).
Initiate and foster commercial synergies with other business lines in their area.
Prepare sales forecasts for their area.
Monitor major construction sites in their area.
Ensure client solvency and report information to the Sales Manager and the Credit Control department.
Monitor client accounts and ensure timely payments (follow-ups...).
Handle and coordinate client complaints until resolution, in accordance with signed agreements, administrative and quality procedures, and current regulations and standards.
Consolidate production forecasts based on sales, in terms of both quality and quantity.
Contribute to optimizing logistics by offering clients the most suitable transport solutions.
Organize and coordinate unloading operations.
Promote the sharing and transfer of expertise within the business lines.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any incidents to the safety manager and management.
Ensure compliance with conformity and professional conduct requirements through organizational and procedural measures in accordance with Group guidelines.
