Job :

Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality technical After-Sales Service in line with manufacturer standards.

In collaboration with the After-Sales Operations Management Heads, ensure compliance with standards and best practices for services offered.

Ensure that productivity targets set by the After-Sales Service and Spare Parts Store Directors are met.

Manage and coach the After-Sales Service and Spare Parts Store teams.

Improve customer satisfaction.

Implement measures to ensure the responsiveness of the After-Sales Service and Spare Parts Store and improve performance in terms of volume.

Ensure the management of courtesy vehicles in accordance with internal procedures.

Required profile :

Educated as an Engineer in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering with 6 years of experience, including 3 years in team management.
