Position:
Attached to the Technical Department and based at the Jorf Lasfar site, your main responsibilities are:

- Planning the preventive maintenance of the site's production equipment,

- Implementing monitoring of the main causes of breakdowns and planning preventive actions to fix them,

- Optimizing site-related maintenance costs,

- Participating in the selection of subcontractors, coordinating and monitoring subcontracted work,

- Participating in investment plans and the installation of new production equipment,

- Participating in new works studies.

Required profile :

Profile sought:
Education: Engineering school diploma (specialization in technique/maintenance or similar).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position with strong experience in site management and work supervision.

Key skills:
Organizational skills, method, and rigor.
Dynamism, responsiveness, and flexibility.
Ability to manage teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance standards.
