Job :

Your mission:
  • Lead, supervise, and inspire a sales team dedicated to Mercedes-Benz light commercial vehicles, by developing a strong team spirit and setting clear objectives.
  • Develop innovative sales strategies to promote our range of light commercial vehicles to professional clients.
  • Collaborate with your team members to identify and target sales opportunities, both with existing customers and new professional clients.
  • Build trust with our professional clients by understanding their business needs and providing solutions tailored to their activities.
  • Provide guidance and advice to ensure successful sales and lasting customer relationships.
  • Monitor the individual and collective performance of the team, while offering continuous support and development.
  • Implement qualitative and quantitative performance indicators and ensure their follow-up.
  • Liaise with other departments, including after-sales, financing, sales administration, and delivery, to ensure effective coordination of commercial activities.
  • Present reports on team performance, LCV market trends, sales forecasts, and implement necessary action plans.

Required profile :

  • Holder of a Bac+4/5 degree (Master's level) in commerce, management, or equivalent.
  • Successful experience of at least 5 years in sales, including at least 3 years in team management in the automotive sector.
  • Experience in LCV sales, fleet management, or business development with professional clients, with premium standards, would be highly appreciated.
