As part of our commercial activity development, we are recruiting an experienced BTP Commercial Area Manager in Agadir, to strengthen our field presence and support the growth of our client portfolio in the building and public works sector.

At the heart of a dynamic and highly competitive industrial environment, you will be a key player in the commercial development of your area. As a true ambassador for VITAL FER, your mission will be to manage commercial activity, develop sales, and strengthen partnership relations with various players in the BTP sector. Thanks to your field expertise and your perfect knowledge of the BTP market, you will actively contribute to achieving the company's growth objectives.

Your main mission will be to develop and retain a client portfolio consisting of building professionals, construction companies, real estate developers, engineering firms, and distributors, while ensuring an active commercial presence in your geographical area.

As such, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop turnover and ensure sales objectives are met;
  • Prospect new clients and identify new market opportunities;
  • Ensure follow-up and retention of the existing client portfolio;
  • Promote the company's full range of metal products and construction materials;
  • Advise clients on technical solutions suited to their needs;
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and report market information;
  • Negotiate commercial offers and manage orders and payments;
  • Coordinate with logistics and operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Participate in monitoring commercial indicators and reporting to management;
  • Represent the company in the field and contribute to strengthening VITAL FER's brand image.

Required profile :

With a degree from Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Commerce, Management, Sales Techniques, or equivalent, you have significant experience of 10 to 20 years in a field sales role, ideally in the BTP, construction materials, metallurgy, or industrial distribution sectors. You have excellent knowledge of the Moroccan building and public works market and a strong ability to develop lasting commercial relationships with professional contacts.

Your background has enabled you to develop:

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills;
  • Great autonomy in managing your activity;
  • Good command of sales and prospecting techniques;
  • An ability to manage and develop a strategic client portfolio;
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication;
  • An ability to analyze customer needs and market opportunities;
  • Good command of office and CRM tools.

* Proficiency in Amazigh will be a plus.
