As part of our commercial activity development, we are hiring an experienced Construction Commercial Area Manager to strengthen our field presence and support the growth of our client portfolio in the building and public works sector.

In a dynamic and highly competitive industrial environment, you will be a key player in the commercial development of your area. As a true ambassador for VITAL FER, your mission will be to manage commercial activity, develop sales, and strengthen partnership relations with various stakeholders in the construction sector. Your main mission will be to develop and retain a client portfolio consisting of building professionals, construction companies, real estate developers, design offices, and distributors, while ensuring an active commercial presence in your geographical area.

As such, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop turnover and ensure the achievement of set sales targets;
  • Prospect for new clients and identify new market opportunities;
  • Follow up and retain the existing client portfolio;
  • Promote the company's entire range of metal products and construction materials;
  • Advise clients on technical solutions adapted to their needs;
  • Conduct competitive analysis and report market information;
  • Negotiate commercial offers and manage order and payment follow-up;
  • Coordinate with logistics and operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Participate in monitoring commercial indicators and reporting to management;
  • Represent the company in the field and contribute to strengthening the VITAL FER brand image.

Required profile :

Holding a degree from Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Commerce, Management, Sales Techniques, or equivalent, you have significant experience of 10 to 20 years in a field sales role, ideally in the construction, construction materials, metallurgy, or industrial distribution sector. You have excellent knowledge of the Moroccan building and public works market, as well as a strong ability to develop lasting commercial relationships with professional contacts.
