Job :
- Develop the purchasing strategy for the category and identify performance drivers.
- Analyze the market, trends, and consumer needs to guide purchasing decisions.
- Manage supplier relations: annual negotiations, promotions, commitments, and partnerships.
- Ensure product availability, smooth running of commercial operations, and price positioning.
- Monitor key performance indicators (sales, purchases, margin, stock).
- Manage the purchasing team: recruitment, support, skills development.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in commerce, purchasing, or management.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in purchasing, with mastery of negotiation and performance management.
- Leadership, strategic thinking, and strong business orientation.
