The nacelle is the interface between the engine and the aircraft. It is a complex system that performs multiple functions managed in a harsh environment (extreme temperatures, dimensional constraints) and must remain as light as possible. The nacelle channels the engine's airflow and protects it. It contributes to the aircraft's braking during landing (thrust reversers) and to the attenuation of the aircraft's noise emissions. The nacelle must also ensure easy access to the engine for maintenance.

Job :

: Ensure the achievement of performance objectives for its sector.
- Ensure the achievement of SQCDP objectives
- Organize, manage its team and ensure the execution of the production plan (daily plan, instructions, 5-minute updates)
- Monitor the productivity of its team by defining priority tasks in consultation with the workshop manager, and ensure the availability and quality of necessary tools.
- Report any information or risk that could impact performance in real-time to its manager.
Act as a liaison with support teams.
- Ensure daily performance monitoring and correct deviations (balancing)
Purpose: Participate in the implementation of a continuous improvement process within its scope.
- Encourage its teams to generate new ideas (IP), areas for improvement, and then implement them through the hierarchy; be a source of proposals itself.
- Participate in cross-functional projects.
- Ensure daily workload/capacity matching within its scope (optimize resources within its team and report to management if problems exceed its scope, manage absences and leave).
- Create its workshop schedule, ensuring priorities and capacity saturation are respected, then ensure its application.
- Analyze the causes of poor adherence to the schedule and propose corrective actions.
- Manage and develop its team in terms of skills and versatility.
- Lead, involve, and motivate its teams to achieve objectives.
Ensure the maintenance and proper use of equipment and materials in its sector.

HSE & Quality
Purpose: Ensure strict compliance with quality and HSE instructions.


Required profile :

Associate's or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience / Master's degree with 3 years of experience
You are autonomous and place great importance on communication and leadership within a work group or team.
A good level of written and spoken French is required for the position.
Good leadership and exemplary qualities, you know how to take initiative and encourage those of your team.
Good conflict management skills.
Knowledge of Lean, 5S, SAP is necessary for the position
