Job :

The Sales Manager leads, coaches, and develops the sales team to achieve the quantitative and qualitative objectives set by management. They are responsible for the dealership's commercial performance and the excellence of the customer experience.

Here are the main tasks you will be entrusted with:

Sales Management:


• Recruit, onboard, and train sales advisors.
• Define and monitor individual and collective sales objectives (new cars, used cars, accessories, financing).
• Lead weekly sales meetings and individual performance reviews.
• Support sales representatives in the field (joint sales, coaching).
• Evaluate and motivate the team, manage annual reviews.


1. Sales Development:

• Drive prospecting and customer acquisition actions.
• Analyze sales performance and implement corrective action plans.
• Optimize the product mix (new/used cars, financing, related services, insurance).
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer sales standards (processes, customer satisfaction).
• Manage negotiations for complex or high-value deals.


2. Management and Reporting:

• Monitor key performance indicators: sales volume, conversion rate, margin, financing rate.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports for management.
• Manage new and used vehicle inventory in line with demand.


3. Customer Satisfaction:
• Ensure the quality of customer reception and follow-up throughout the purchase process.
• Handle second-level customer escalations and complaints.
• Ensure achievement of satisfaction objectives (VOC / manufacturer surveys).
 


Required profile :

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Commerce, Management, or equivalent.
  • Manufacturer certification (automotive sales) is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales, including 2 years in team management.

Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of new/used automotive products and financing solutions.
• Proficiency with DMS and CRM tools.
• Coaching and skills development skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make quick decisions.
