Job :

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of the warehouse, ensuring efficient stock management, product quality, and meeting production needs. You will supervise a team and liaise between different departments to optimize logistics and production operations.

Main Responsibilities:
    - Supervise and manage stock levels, ensure replenishment, and minimize stockouts.
    - Implement and monitor stock management procedures to ensure inventory accuracy.
    - Lead and train a team of warehouse staff, assign tasks, and evaluate their performance.
    - Promote a safe and efficient working environment.
    - Collaborate closely with departments to ensure a smooth supply chain.
    - Communicate needs and issues related to stock and logistics.
    - Ensure the quality and safety of stored products, in compliance with current standards and regulations.
    - Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in stock management and logistics processes.
 

Required profile :

 From Bac+2 to Bac+3 level in logistics, stock management, management, or equivalent.

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Required skills:
• Stock management rules;
• Professional obligations regarding hygiene and safety;
• Office and computer skills;
• Good command of French, both spoken and written.
