As part of the development of our commercial activity, we are looking for Area Managers for the Northern and Eastern regions.
Reporting to the commercial and marketing management, your main responsibilities will be:
Develop and implement the commercial strategy in a specific geographical area.
Supervise and lead sales teams.
Support sales managers in the field.
Ensure commercial management and achieve set goals.
Analyze the market, monitor trends, and conduct competitive intelligence.
Provide regular reports to the commercial management.
Diploma from a top engineering or business school.
More than 5 years of experience, preferably in the construction sector.
Goal and results-oriented.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a team.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
Good presentation, autonomy, and perseverance.
