Join our dynamic company specializing in Transport / Courier / Logistics, recognized for its excellence and innovation. Located in the vibrant heart of Casablanca, this B2B Sales Representative position is a unique opportunity to actively contribute to our growth and develop your career in a stimulating environment.

The main goal of this role is to identify, prospect, and retain key professional clients, by developing a strong and profitable client portfolio. It involves deeply understanding our partners' needs to offer them tailor-made logistics solutions that perfectly meet their requirements.

The main missions for this role include:

  • Develop and implement a strong commercial strategy to conquer new markets.
  • Actively prospect potential B2B clients through various channels (phone, email, professional networks, events).
  • Analyze specific client needs and develop personalized commercial proposals.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations to close advantageous contracts.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of existing clients to guarantee their satisfaction and encourage additional sales.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Required profile :

The ideal background for this position requires an education level of Master's degree (Bac +4), ideally in a field focused on Sales, Marketing, or Export. Solid academic training in these areas will be a major asset for understanding the sector's challenges and mastering complex sales techniques.

To excel in this role, proven professional experience of 5 to 10 years in a sales function, preferably in B2B within the transport and logistics sector, is essential. Your years of experience will have allowed you to develop sharp expertise in negotiation, client portfolio management, and business development.
