The ideal background for this position requires an education level of Master's degree (Bac +4), ideally in a field focused on Sales, Marketing, or Export. Solid academic training in these areas will be a major asset for understanding the sector's challenges and mastering complex sales techniques.
To excel in this role, proven professional experience of 5 to 10 years in a sales function, preferably in B2B within the transport and logistics sector, is essential. Your years of experience will have allowed you to develop sharp expertise in negotiation, client portfolio management, and business development.
