Your goal will be to develop a strong client portfolio, increase the profitability of your activity, and become a key player in achieving the company's commercial objectives, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Your days will be filled with exciting tasks:

• Active prospecting for new clients in the insurance sector.
• Analysis of prospects' needs and proposal of personalized insurance solutions.
• Negotiation of contracts and closing sales.
• Follow-up and retention of existing customers.
• Administrative management of client files.
• Competitive and regulatory market watch in the insurance industry.
• Regular reporting of your commercial activity.

Required profile :

Your academic background will include at least a Bac +2 diploma, ideally completed with a specialization in Insurance professions.

With significant experience of 10 to 20 years in sales, you have in-depth knowledge of insurance products and markets.

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Strong sense of customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomy, organization, and rigor.
• Proficiency in computer tools and CRM software.
• Good knowledge of the local market in Tangier would be an asset.
