A partner of major global health players, Claes Medical Service has been a leader in the distribution of medical, laboratory equipment, and consumables in Morocco for over twenty years.

Sahmed, our subsidiary, ensures the distribution of medical consumables, particularly in urology, to meet the health sector's needs for quality and availability.

Our two companies provide our clients with a professional and expert sales team to meet the diverse needs of our partners: Ministry of Health (university hospitals, provincial hospitals, specialized centers, etc.), medical equipment departments, CNSS polyclinics, military hospitals, clinics, and private practices.

Job :

Main Responsibilities

• Develop sales revenue and profit margins in line with set objectives.
• Prepare and follow up on hospital and clinic projects with investors, doctors, biomedical services, and management.
• Evaluate the potential of each client and define a suitable sales strategy.
• Implement promotional actions: product demonstrations, on-site presentations, technical meetings.
• Negotiate commercial and technical terms with various stakeholders (doctors, biomedical engineers, buyers, management).
• Participate in developing specifications for our anesthesia-resuscitation and surgical equipment.
• Train and inform clients on the use of our medical devices.
• Conduct product demonstrations in collaboration with the application engineer.
• Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and business conventions.
• Collect and report relevant field information (competition, client needs, trends).
• Ensure compliance with the regulatory environment of the healthcare industry.

Required profile :

Profile Sought

Education:
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in science or engineering: biology, biochemistry, immunology, pharmacy, biomedical, etc.

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in long-cycle sales of medical systems or devices (operating room, intensive care, critical care).
• Proven experience in the medical device purchasing process and preparing technical and financial offers.
• Strong aptitude for key account strategic sales.

Skills and Personal Qualities:
• Dual scientific and commercial skills appreciated.
• Very good knowledge of hospital decision-making processes.
• Excellent negotiation skills and proven talent for customer relations.
• Analytical thinking, active listening, persuasive ability.
• Autonomy, dynamism, proactivity, and results-oriented.
• Tenacity suited to long sales cycles.
• Availability and responsiveness.

Language Skills:
• Proficiency in English appreciated (international environment).

Technical Skills:
• Very good understanding of the company's offer and its market (technology, competition, etc.).
• Mastery of sales techniques: prospecting, complex sales cycle, marketing.
• Knowledge of business law (contract drafting).
• Excellent command of decision-making processes in hospital settings (public hospitals, private clinics).
• Solid knowledge of the regulatory environment in the healthcare industry.
