We are looking for a dynamic and experienced BTP Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for developing the sales of our construction products to industry professionals, with a specialization in Sales / Business Development / Export / Distribution. Knowledge of the BTP sector would be a undeniable asset. Your training has provided you with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in this competitive field and to understand the challenges of a demanding role.

In this role, your main objectives will be to:
Develop and retain customers in the BTP sector, by building lasting and trusting relationships.
Meet and exceed sales targets, thereby contributing to the company's growth.
Ensure an active presence in the field, by participating in trade shows and making regular visits to clients.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our commercial offers.
On a daily basis, your tasks will include:
Prospect for new clients and identify the specific needs of the BTP market.
Present and promote our products and services to potential clients.
Prepare clear, concise, and personalized commercial proposals.
Negotiate contracts and conclude advantageous commercial agreements.
Ensure customer follow-up and guarantee their satisfaction.
Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development strategy.
You will be an essential player in our growth, ensuring a strong link between our products and our clients.
An experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar role is required. Your professional background has built your ability to manage complex customer relationships, negotiate effectively, and achieve your goals. This experience will allow you to quickly integrate our team and actively contribute to our projects. Experience in marketing construction products would be considered an additional asset.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills:
Excellent sales skills and interpersonal skills.
Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.
