Reporting to the Commercial & Marketing Director, your missions will be:
• Achieving, and even exceeding, commercial objectives (quantitative and qualitative) set by meeting the needs of customers and prospects, in a determined sector and in compliance with the company's commercial strategy;
• Ensuring the smooth running of sales operations;
• Ensuring compliance with and application of the company's quality and safety policy.
You will also have the following responsibilities:
• Identifying potential customers;
• Analyzing customer needs;
• Negotiating prices, quantities, and delivery times with customers;
• Monitoring the smooth delivery of customer orders;
• Regularly contacting customers to follow up and ensure their satisfaction;
• Updating your sales tools: Price lists, Sales pitches, Rate schedules, Competition;
• Identifying and analyzing specific customer needs;
• Regularly following up with customers to close sales;
• Drafting sales-related documents (delivery orders);
• Filling out the customer form to build a database;
• Ensuring follow-up of files until delivery and informing the sales director.
With a BAC+4/5 degree in Marketing and Commercial Actions, you have 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in BTP products.
Technical Skills
• Mastery of the product sold (Reinforcing bar, Wire rod);
• Creation of commercial partnerships;
• Listening and encouraging your interlocutor to express their expectations and needs;
• Being proactive;
• Mastery of sales techniques;
• Mastery of negotiation techniques.
You enjoy teamwork, have good communication and service skills, as well as negotiation and persuasion skills.
