Job :

Commercial prospecting
Identify and qualify new prospects.
Carry out telephone, digital, or field prospecting actions.
Organize and participate in sales meetings.
Present the company's products or services.
Sales development
Analyze the needs of prospects and clients.
Prepare and present commercial offers.
Follow up on quotes and commercial proposals.
Participate in negotiations under the supervision of your manager.
Customer relationship management
Ensure regular follow-up with clients.
Respond to requests for information and commercial solicitations.
Contribute to customer loyalty.
Ensure customer satisfaction and report identified needs.
Reporting and commercial administration
Update information in the CRM.
Monitor commercial activity indicators.
Prepare periodic activity reports.
Ensure administrative follow-up of client files.
Commercial watch
Monitor market trends and competitor actions.
Identify commercial development opportunities.
Participate in professional events and trade shows when necessary.


Required profile :

Experience
First sales experience or significant internship desired.
Motivated beginners accepted depending on the sector of activity.
Skills
Basic knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of CRM tools appreciated.
Good written and oral communication skills.
