Sales Development
Identify and prospect for new clients and markets.
Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts.
Analyze client needs and propose suitable solutions.
Negotiate commercial offers, contracts, and pricing conditions.
Follow up on sales opportunities until they are finalized.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain lasting relationships with strategic clients.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for additional sales (cross-selling and up-selling).
Handle complaints and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant teams.
Sales Management
Develop and track sales action plans.
Achieve or exceed revenue and margin targets.
Provide regular reporting on sales activity.
Analyze performance indicators and propose improvement actions.
Market Monitoring and Analysis
Track market developments and competitor actions.
Identify new business opportunities.
Participate in the development of the company's sales strategy.
Supervision and Support (depending on the organization)
Support and coach junior sales representatives.
Share best sales practices.
Participate in the training of new hires.
Education
Bachelor's to Master's degree in Commerce, Management, Marketing, or equivalent field.
Experience
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a sales role.
Proven experience in negotiating and managing strategic accounts.
Experience in the company's business sector is a plus.

Excellent sales and negotiation techniques.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
