Join a dynamic company in the Insurance / Brokerage sector. The opportunity is in Tangier for a position of INSURANCE SALESPEOPLE. Your role will be essential in developing and managing our client portfolio, by offering your expertise to propose suitable insurance solutions.

Actively contribute to achieving the company's commercial objectives by developing a client network and ensuring their satisfaction. This involves representing the excellence of our services to prospects and existing clients, and retaining our clientele through a personalized and professional approach.

Your main tasks will include:

• Active prospecting of new clients to grow the portfolio.
• Analysis of client needs and proposal of personalized insurance solutions.
• Management and follow-up of insurance contracts.
• Negotiation of commercial terms and closing sales.
• Maintaining a lasting relationship of trust with clients.
• Monitoring changes in the insurance market and competition.

Required profile :

The profile we are looking for has a diploma of level Bachelor's degree (Bac +3).

Confirmed experience of 20 years is required, ideally in the field of professional insurance. This experience must demonstrate solid knowledge of the market and insurance sales techniques.
