Reporting to your Team Manager, your mission is to sell Fiber Optic offers to individual customers (B2C). You are the first ambassador of tomorrow's connectivity.
- Active prospecting: Contact eligible prospects to offer them the switch to Fiber.
- Personalized advice: Analyze the household's needs (TV, Internet, Mobile) to offer the most suitable package.
- Sales and Closing: Argue, handle objections, and finalize subscription contracts.
- File follow-up: Ensure the quality of the data entered to guarantee the success of the technical connection.
Sales temperament: You are results-oriented and enjoy taking on daily challenges.
Telemarketing skills: Previous successful experience in a call center (ideally in Telecom) is a significant asset.
Excellent speaking skills: You express yourself fluently and dynamically in French.
Perseverance: You know how to turn a "no" into an opportunity thanks to your persuasive power.
