Your main mission is to develop brand awareness, strengthen its credibility with professionals, and engage an audience of individuals (buyers and renters).
FUNCTIONS :
1. Strategy and Content :
• Develop and execute the monthly editorial calendar (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Design formats adapted to the Moroccan market: neighborhood focus, price analysis, legal and lifestyle guides.
• Write hooks and captions in French and Darija.
2. Engagement and Moderation (Core of the position) :
• Manage daily interactions: respond to comments, private messages, and technical questions.
• Qualify requests (leads) and direct them to the relevant departments.
• Ensure proactive moderation to maintain a trustworthy space (Trust & Safety).
3. Growth and Analysis :
• Create recurring segments: "Ad of the Day", "Real/Fake Real Estate", polls, and Q&As.
• Track weekly performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust the strategy based on results.
• Identify and coordinate collaborations with local partners (agents, real estate influencers).
• Bachelor's degree minimum (communication, digital marketing, or equivalent).
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Community Management, ideally in real estate, PropTech, or a sector with a large audience.
• Excellent command of written French.
• Natural and professional mastery of written and spoken Darija (essential).
• Excellent writing skills and a sense of storytelling.
• Ability to simplify complex topics (mortgage credit, notary procedures, legal aspects).
• Good command of tools: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Studio, planning tools (Notion, Trello).
• Content creation skills (CapCut, Canva) are a plus.
