Under the responsibility of the Head of the Design & Planning Pole, your main mission is to develop the brand's visibility and engagement on social networks, manage its digital presence, and engage communities while promoting the employer brand through adapted content.

As such, your main tasks are:
Social Media Management
Manage the company's accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok...)Plan and publish content according to an editorial calendarAdapt formats and messages to each platformEnsure the consistency of the editorial line and brand image
TikTok Development (priority mission)
Participate in the launch and growth of our TikTok accountDefine an editorial line adapted to the platformProduce or coordinate native content (short videos, trends...)Monitor performance and optimize content to maximize engagement
Content Creation
Write engaging postsDesign or coordinate visuals and videosHighlight internal projects, events, and initiativesShowcase CSR actions and employee testimonials
Employer Brand
Promote employee journeys and internal ambassadorsContribute to recruitment campaignsEncourage employees to create content (UGC)
Community Management
Manage comments and private messagesStimulate engagement and interactionsModerate discussions to maintain a positive image
Monitoring & Analysis
