Job :

As part of strengthening our communication team, we are recruiting a Community Manager who is passionate about digital, content creation, and community management.

Main Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Digital Communication Manager, you will be primarily responsible for:

Strategy & Coordination:

• Participate in the implementation of the social media strategy in conjunction with internal teams and external partners
• Ensure content consistency with the brand image and editorial guidelines

Content Creation & Management:

• Design, plan, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, videos, newsletters...)
Ensure the quality of visuals and texts before publication
• Adapt content for different social media platforms

Community Management & Moderation:

• Manage official accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Respond to messages, comments, and interactions
• Ensure dynamic and high-quality community engagement

Digital Campaigns & Performance:

• Participate in the setup of sponsored campaigns
• Monitor performance indicators (engagement, CPC, CTR...)
Propose optimizations based on results

Event Coverage:

• Ensure on-site content production (photo, video, stories...)
Highlight events and news through immersive content

Monitoring & Innovation:

• Follow digital trends and propose new formats
• Test and optimize social media practices

Required profile :

Profile Sought:

• Higher education in communication, digital marketing, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management
• Excellent command of social media platforms and their conventions
• Good knowledge of creation tools (Canva, Adobe...) and social media management tools
• Ability to analyze performance and propose improvement actions
