Job :
To strengthen our Finance and Support team, we are looking for a candidate (M/F): Accountant - Finance and Support Coordinator. Permanent position, based in Casablanca. Start ASAP.
KEY MISSIONS:
Within the Support team, your main missions will be:
1. Accounting and Finance (80% of the time)
Processing and recording customer and supplier invoices and bank statements using software.
Following up on supplier payments and customer collections.
Bank reconciliation using software and treasury monitoring.
Preparing tax and social security declarations, and coordinating with the external firm / auditor.
Preparing elements for annual accounts closing.
Participating in VAT, CNSS Damancom, Income Tax, and Employment Tax declarations, and coordinating with the external firm / auditor.
Reporting on activity.
2. Administration and Coordination (20% of the time)
Supporting activities such as: supplier orders / customer purchases, liaising with partners / external consultants, managing employee leave and payroll, administrative contracts, ...
Required profile :
PROFILE WANTED:
Higher education (Bac+4 or equivalent minimum), business school or equivalent university degree.
Experienced profile. You have 4 years of professional experience in a similar role, including at least 2 years mandatorily in an accounting firm / fiduciary (disqualifying criterion).
You master the basic operations in: billing cycle, bank reconciliation, treasury, ...
You have perfect command of IT tools: Excel and Outlook in particular, and ideally Odoo or a similar accounting software suite.
You have an advanced level of French (read, written, spoken).
Autonomous and rigorous, you have strong organizational skills.
Finally, with great empathy, you are known for your excellent interpersonal skills.
You live in Casablanca.
