Job :

To strengthen the team of our client, a well-known company in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk based in Ouled Saleh – Bouskoura.

Main tasks:

• Handle the complete processing of supplier invoices (reception, entry, and checking)
• Ensure correct accounting and analytical allocation of transactions
• Monitor and analyze supplier accounts to ensure their accuracy
• Perform account reconciliation and matching operations
• Participate in monthly and annual closing tasks
• Manage supplier reminders and handle disputes
• Collaborate with different internal departments to ensure smooth accounting processes

Required profile :

• Bac+2 / Bac+3 degree in Accounting, Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and supplier-related operations
• Comfortable with office tools and accounting systems
• Diligence, organization, reliability, and teamwork skills

Location: Ouled Saleh – Bouskoura
