Job :

To strengthen the team of our client, a well-known company in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk based in Ouled Saleh – Bouskoura.

Main Tasks:

• Handle all supplier invoices (receive, enter, and check)
• Ensure correct accounting and analytical coding of transactions
• Monitor and analyze supplier accounts to ensure accuracy
• Perform account matching and reconciliation
• Participate in monthly and annual closing tasks
• Manage supplier follow-ups and resolve disputes
• Work with different internal departments to ensure smooth accounting processes

Required profile :

•  Training equivalent to a 2-year or 3-year degree in Accounting or Management
•  Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable
•  Good understanding of accounting principles and supplier-related operations
•  Proficient with office software and accounting systems
•  Diligence, organization, reliability, and teamwork spirit

•  Location: Ouled Saleh – Bouskoura
•  Transportation provided
