• Symbioz Administration & Support
Analysis of recurring incidents and proposal of solutions
Ensure the management of resource and project repositories: creation, modification, and closure, and control their synchronization with the Orange group directory.
Ensure the processing of requests for granting and removing rights in Symbioz, assign the correct rights groups to resources based on their roles.
In the long term, ensure the onboarding and support for the proper use of Symbioz applications to users.
Contribute to the analysis of reports and the quality of responses provided.
Provide your expertise to establish an in-depth diagnosis when analyzing complex reports, and capitalize on and share encountered cases to contribute to improvement loops.
• Data Quality
During data creation and modification, implement business guidelines to ensure their consistency and usability.
Regularly generate reports to monitor the data entry rate and project milestone completeness, and inform department contacts about any missing information or anomalies.
Propose automation solutions for certain administrative and reliability tasks, and implement them.
Perform control queries on the Symbioz databases.
Contribute to reviews of authorizations for Symbioz applications.
• Business Administration Testing
Contribute to testing during evolutions and updates.
• Support / Service Operations:
Analysis and processing of incidents/anomalies reported by application users or client complaints.
Preparation, execution, and monitoring of service operations (database queries, mass updates, ...) such as processing orders in error, database operations.
Collaboration with the operator (environment manager) for processing production incidents.
• Maintenance:
Maintenance management: prioritization of fixes in collaboration with Project Managers (MOE/MOA).
Tracking and monitoring of production bugs and reporting them to projects for correction.
Monitoring of deployments.
• QS Improvement / Reporting:
Analysis of recurring incidents and proposal of solutions: drafting Change Requests (CR) - Problem identification.
Leading meetings & monitoring L2 and L3 activities.
Contribution to meetings for Analysis and Improvement of the quality of applications within your scope.
Development of improvement proposals for data, flows, or recurring operations using complementary or integrated software.
Required profile :
With a Master's degree (engineering school or university equivalent), you have significant experience of 5 years in a similar role.
Skills sought:
Good level of languages (PHP, JS)
Proficiency in MySQL, Oracle databases (SQL, PL/SQL), etc.
Basic knowledge of Unix or Linux operating systems
Knowledge of MVC methodologies
Proficiency in Excel and Visual Basic (VBA)
Proficiency in office tools
Good knowledge of SQL language and scripting
Knowledge in management control
Good interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and quality focus.
Ability to be independent, responsive, and open to new issues.
Ability to analyze and handle incidents in all their aspects (correction, impact study, communication, proposal for procedure improvement).
Fluent French and good written and oral communication skills, ability to adapt to different interlocutors.
Willingness to be supportive, enjoy teamwork, and share experiences.
Good knowledge of technical English.
Independent and rigorous, with good writing skills and the ability to manage activities and priorities.
Interest in the operational life of solutions and their optimization.
