Your mission as a Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role by:

Meeting customer needs: Ensuring quality service by answering questions by phone, email, or chat.
Solving problems: Identifying and managing requests or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Building customer loyalty: Offering personalized solutions to strengthen customer trust and loyalty.
Contributing to continuous improvement: Sharing customer feedback to optimize our services and processes.

Have perfect command of Spanish, both written and spoken; knowledge of English is a plus.
Have excellent communication skills, are organized, autonomous, and maintain a positive attitude.
