Your role as a Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play an essential role by:

Responding to customer needs: Ensuring high-quality service by answering questions via phone, email, or chat.
Resolving issues: Identifying and addressing requests or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Supporting customers: Providing tailored solutions to build customer trust and loyalty.
