Your mission as a Customer Advisor in Telesales:
As a Telesales Customer Advisor, you will play a key role by:
• Promoting our clients' products and services
• Identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Negotiating and retaining customers
• Turning every interaction into a sales opportunity and building lasting relationships.
• Contributing to collective performance
• Sharing your ideas and actively participating in the continuous improvement of our processes.
