As part of our business development, we are looking for dynamic and motivated Customer Advisors. You will be the primary contact for our clients, assisting them with their financial projects and offering them solutions tailored to their needs. If you meet these criteria and wish to grow in a stimulating environment, then this opportunity is for you. 

As a Customer Advisor, you will report directly to the Branch Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing a client portfolio (individuals and professionals).
• Identifying client needs and offering them suitable banking products and services (savings, loans, insurance, etc.).
• Building customer loyalty and providing advice.
• Developing commercial activity through prospecting.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current standards.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• With a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a Business School or equivalent, you are a recent graduate or have initial experience in sales, ideally in the financial sector.
• You have listening skills, ease in interpersonal relationships, and a good sense of advice.
• You are dynamic, independent, and a team player.
