As part of our business development, we are looking for dynamic and motivated Customer Advisors. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their financial projects and offering them solutions tailored to their needs. As a Customer Advisor, you will report directly to the Branch Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing and developing a client portfolio (individuals and professionals).
• Identifying client needs and offering them suitable banking products and services (savings, loans, insurance, etc.).
• Building customer loyalty and providing advice.
• Developing commercial activity through prospecting.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current standards.
Profile sought:
• With a Bac+5 (Master's degree or equivalent) from Business School or equivalent, you are a recent graduate or have initial experience in sales, ideally in the financial sector.
• You have good listening skills, interpersonal skills, and a talent for advising clients.
• You are dynamic, independent, and a team player.
