Your main mission will be to ensure an exceptional customer experience while actively contributing to achieving business objectives. You will be a key player in our customer satisfaction and in developing our revenue through relevant sales.
A high school diploma (Bac) is the ideal starting point for this professional adventure. Training or certification in call center professions would be a major asset.
