Job :

As part of the development of its activities, we are recruiting a Car Sales Advisor based in Casablanca.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will ensure the development of vehicle sales and contribute to achieving the dealership's commercial objectives.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Welcome, advise, and support customers throughout their purchasing journey.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Present vehicles, their technical characteristics, and their advantages.
• Conduct vehicle test drives.
• Prepare commercial offers and conduct negotiations in line with the company's commercial policy.
• Develop and retain a portfolio of private and professional clients.
• Prospect for new clients and identify commercial opportunities.
• Follow up on files until vehicle delivery.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the CRM and regularly report on activities.
• Participate in commercial operations, trade shows, and events organized by the company.
   

Required profile :

Profile Sought

With a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in Sales, Business Administration, or Management, you have successful experience in a sales role, ideally in the automotive sector.

You possess the following skills:

• Excellent sales and interpersonal skills.
• Strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to develop and retain a client portfolio.
• Dynamism, autonomy, and initiative.
• Good command of IT tools and CRM.

Knowledge of the automotive sector is an asset.
